Pokemon Reign of Legends : Roleplay Version

I am typing this story out on my computer. I need characters that want to be in it. Here is the information:

Team galactic have returned under new management
This time, they aren't the same as before. They have new mysterious goals.

A new team, Team Terra, have surfaced and have sided with Team Galactic for unknown reasons.

Team Magma, and Team Aqua have been rebuilt under new management by a Team Jade that are after Rayquaza.

The story is about all the legendaries have been cloned. While the main character is at home, visiting the professor with his father, two unknown pokemon have come and captured him. It is Lugia and Ho-oh. You don't know who they are. You then talk with the professor about what is going on. More information in due time. The title is going to change because I think Lugia and Ho-oh are the only ones that will be in it. Maybe. I want them all to be in it but something strange happens.

The story line has changed dramatically. All legendaries will be introduced in this story. Most of them, will be like they are in the games, they will stay idol until an event happens that calls for there powers.

Johto will be visited in the story. Kanto and Hoenn along with Sinnoh as well. The region is called the Eoin Region.
Green is the champion of Kanto along with Red. The work together
Lance is still champion of Johto
Steven and Wallace work together in Hoenn as the champion
Lucas is the new champion of sinnoh now that Cynthia has gone missing.

I need help on the names. As soon as I am able to draw them, I will put them up here.

Some starters in case we will use them for the story as partner pokemon and not pokemon to interfere with your 6 pokemon. What I mean is, lets say you have 6 pokemon, but not the pokemon you started out with. You can take a baby version of that pokemon, it is permanently equiped with the everstone, and it will be your partner pokemon. It knows all the moves its adult self knows in your party.
